Boldly spiced with warm flavours of fresh Bentong ginger, and cinnamon, this Ginger-Nut Carrot Cake is a cross between a Christmas favourite—the gingerbread cake, and the good ol’ fashioned carrot cake. 

This cake is moist and generously studded with chopped candied ginger, grated carrots, and crushed walnuts. To finish off, it is topped with lemony cream cheese frosting, toasted pecans, and more candied ginger!

Upon receiving your order:
Kindly remove the insulated packaging and place your dessert box in the fridge. Leaving the packaging on may prevent your dessert from reaching its ideal temperature, which could affect its freshness.

Storage and Shelf Life
Air-conditioned room for up to 4 hours, or in the fridge for up to 3 days. For optional freshness, transfer your cake into an air-tight container / wrap the cake box in cling film before refrigerating. Thaw for 20 - 30 minutes before serving as cake hardens upon refrigeration.
